PROJECT WORK 16 October 2009 MANİSA

       This meeting held on 16^th October at our organization in Manisa. Our project team shared the work between them. Our headmaster supplied the necessary announcement to the teachers and responsible people. The others are all involved to prepare the project materials and presentations.

PROJECT WORKS DONE BY TURKISH ORGANISATION

1.        First of all mobility projects  must be  a work of team. For that reason the persons who are going to work on this project  should be volunteers.
2.        While creating the project team you should be careful about the persons features. They should be persons who are open for innovations, can follow the progresses, eager to  work, able to use computer,  easily join the group work, spend time for project works and can travel  long distances.
3.       In the project team  it is essential  to have members who can speak fluently This is vital for making partnership and progress the project
4.       While choosing the subject of the project we should take care about increasing the knowledge and ability of teachers , students and the staff who works in our organization and the other local organizations as well.
5.       Every partner  should take care the priorities of  their own National Agency announced for the right year before preparing the project. Filling in the right form  is very important.
6.       All the necessary documents must be prepared ,scientific  and  statistic data should be researched.
7.       The participants of the project should have the knowledge about subject of the subject , should be experienced , eager to work and talented about learning a foreign language.
8.       If the participants  are under 18 they must have a permission paper from their parents
9.       If any disabled participant , there must be someone who will take care for that person. These points should be clear.
10.       The subject of the project  and the  features of participants should be announced to the people who would like to take part as a participants.
11.       For  giving  information  about the project  we should prepare a summary of the project, contact  person, contact addresses  and  e-mails addresses of the organization and contact person. The duration date, the project place  and country  should be prepared.
12.       We must find a suitable partner for our project. We can be a member of partnership web sites and its possible to choose a partner if we know personally the organizations before.
13.       We should receive  “a letter of intent”  if we have an agreement with  an organization as a partner.
14.       A detailed working plan that consist the project activities should be received from the partner organization.
15.       Before carrying out the project  some courses must hold such as languages courses which will be very useful when the participants go abroad, some info  about social, cultural and traditional structure of the partner country which will be visited.
16.       Before the project start in partners country  one involved person should visit the place where the project realized . Make necessary researches and make some project plans with the host country’s  project involved persons. This will help to carry out the project perfect
17.       Accommodation, travelling,  eating and all the other activities should be well planed  by the host institution before the project starts.
18.       Carrying out the project in time should be done in time which is shown on the project with partner organization.
19.       A certification must be given all the participants by the host organization. This  may be very useful in their future life.

21.       Final Report should be prepared perfectly by the project owners and send to their national Agencies in time.
22.       The results of the project which is carried out  should be informed  and experiences  must be used as a  dissemination of the project not only  for the projects organizations but also the other institutions around.

      After this presentation the participants asked a lot of questions about LDV projects, and the project members has answered all the question one bye one.

The participants also wanted to learn LDV projects that we had already done in the past.

We told them two LDV projects that are carried out in Germany in 2005 and 2006.
